High standard quality control process 锛?/strong>
Material : Buy material from famous big steel mill in China
We measure nails couple of hours and make record to ensure the nails meet standard.
Test coil roofing nails in pneumatic nailer one time per hour, and make record to ensure no stuck nails
High quality packing material锛?/strong>
Carton: Normally use plastic filmed kraft paper carton. Each carton contains 2 piece of vapor corrosion inhibitor paper on the top and bottom and 3 pieces brown kraft paper in each layer. Workers stamp the machine number on the top moisture proof paper in each box for traceability
Pallet : We use fumigation free plywood pallets, the mositure is less than 15. Workers will mark the machine number on 4 side pallet skid for traceability
Pack the pallet: 48 ,56 or 40 cartons/pallet, with 4pcs of paper edge boards. Shrink wrapped pallet, also have plywood top cover board on each bottom pallet
Pallet label: pallet label attached on each pallet
Strict loading container process
Confirm container number, seal number same as booking info
Recheck the container, to confirm the container in good status,no holes, no major dents, no dirt, no bugs
Test moisture of container floor with moisture meter and take picture; make sure moisture less than 19%
Clean the container
Confirm the loading product info and take photos of cartons
Loading container according the pallet no. and take photos
Packing list, load check list is placed in last pallet, and take photos
Close container door, and talk photo
Add seal and take photo of seal number
Fill in the Tally receipt paper and take photo
